What can I expect?

  • 3-hour web-based modules on selected subjects
  • Self-paced: start, pause, skip back, skip ahead at your own pace
  • The material is composed of narrated videos, slides, tutorials, questions. All material is to be accessed through our online learning platform
  • The platform is accessible 24/7

How long is one module?

  • The course is designed so that it takes participants about 3 hours to complete both theory and practice.

What level is it? Is it for beginners? Experienced Document Controllers?

  • There are 3 levels of courses:
  1. Basic or Fundamental: Basic theory and fundamental concepts for individuals who are new to the Document Control profession.
  2. Intermediate: Topics and concepts targeted at experienced Document Control professionals seeking more in-depth knowledge.
  3. Advanced: Material aimed at very experienced professionals or team leaders who need to undertake advanced and very challenging activities, with a strategic approach.
  • Each module has an indication of the level:
    • EDC1: Fundamental
    • EDC2: Fundamental / Intermediate
    • EDC3: Intermediate / Advanced
    • EDC4: Advanced
    • EDC5: Advanced

Who can attend the self-paced short online modules?

  • Everyone! You will need a good internet connection though, as well as a headset or earphones of good quality.

Is it the same as the Certified courses provided by Consepsys? 

What kind of certificate will I receive?

  • At the end of each Course Module you will receive a Attestation of Completion (electronic format).

Questions on course fee and payment

What is included in the course fee?  

  • Included in the fee:
    • Lifetime access to the course on our e-learning platform
    • Access to the course material (excluding copyrights) through the e-learning platform
    • Certificate of completion (electronic format)

How do I pay for training courses?

  • Bank transfer or debit/credit card
  • All courses must be paid upfront
  • Course registration will be formally confirmed by email upon receipt of payment

After payment, what are the next steps?

  • Upon receipt of payment, we prepare your account and send you the login details within 2 working days.

How do I enroll / register?

 

1. Fill out our online request for enrollment

  • If you opt for "Pay by Card", you will be taken to the payment platform at the end of the enrolment form.
  • If you opt for "Other Payment Types", we will then send you an invoice. Payment is due 7 days after issuance of invoice.

2. Once payment is confirmed, your enrollment will be validated by our team.

 

3. Upon validation of your payment and enrolment, we will send you a Course Enrollment Confirmation Notice, including all practical details for the course.
